Emergency Monitoring
MobileHelp® offers professional 24/7 monitoring services through its partner Affiliated Monitoring. Founded in 1977, Affiliated operates two world-class monitoring centers situated in geographically diverse areas of the country. Affiliated North in Union, NJ hosts our 82,000 sq. ft. headquarters and is the largest monitoring center in the United States. Affiliated South is located in Houston, TX and is a fully mirrored and load sharing monitoring center supported by a diverse talent hub.
During an emergency, members and their designated emergency contacts will receive a phone call from 561-981-6975. We recommend saving this number as 'Monitoring Center' to ensure you can quickly recognize and answer calls from our team when it matters most.
