Beginning at 3:30 PM on Monday, March 14, the 1-hour session will examine a pilot program between MobileHelp and the Visiting Nurses Association (VNA) of the Greater Rockford Area, to present the real-life advantages of incorporating a step-down monitoring solution for patients transitioning from a traditional clinical-oversight telehealth program back into “regular life.”
