Boyle has been named to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Boyle will be responsible for the oversight of sales, marketing, customer service, technical support and provisioning. Robert Flippo, previously President and CEO, will remain CEO focusing on the corporate vision, strategy and fostering partnerships.

Mr. Boyle has 25 years of executive, business operations and management experience for domestic and global companies. He served for the past two years as COO for MobileHelp managing the operations through a subscriber growth period of 1400% before being promoted to President. He previously served as COO for Verio, an NTT Communications Company. In this role, he developed and executed Verio's business strategies, while leading sales, marketing, product management, development, project management, server operations and customer support. Mr. Boyle’s appointment as President will serve to advance the scope of MobileHelp operations and provide for the company’s on-going growth.
