We have Business Continuity Plans in place which cover pandemics and other health/illness-related events to minimize any potential business disruptions.
Our emergency response center has multiple locations, geographically separated for optimal redundancy, to ensure that if one of our customers ever presses their emergency button, we are there to help.
In our office locations, we have enabled most of our employees to work from home, in order to comply with social distancing recommendations. We have also eliminated non-essential travel, restricted visitors to our offices, and moved almost all meetings to virtual formats. We are confident these measures will help ensure the health and safety of our team and community.
With those precautions in place, our Customer Care and Technical Support teams are able to provide you with the same reliable service, at the same hours we have always maintained.
