MobileHelp Names New Members to Management Team and Reorganization in Preparation for Planned Expansion

ANNOUNCES THE TRANSITION OF SCOTT ADAMS TO CHAIRMAN AND ROBERT FLIPPO TO PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND PROMOTION OF JEAN ROBICHAUD TO CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

BOCA RATON, Fla. -- September 27, 2011 -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- MobileHelp, the leader in M-PERS (mobile-personal emergency response system) technology, today announced that Dennis V. Boyle has been named to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Boyle will be responsible for the oversight of sales, marketing, customer service, technical support and provisioning. In addition, Joel Richardson has been named Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Richardson’s primary responsibilities include planning, implementing and managing all financial related activities of MobileHelp and oversight of the accounting department. Jean Robichaud, an employee of MobileHelp for the past 2 years, has been promoted to the position of Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Robichaud is the lead system architect and has been instrumental in building and integrating MobileHelp’s core infrastructure.

 

Formerly the CEO, Scott Adams is now assuming the role of Chairman of the Board for MobileHelp. Mr. Adams will continue his day-to-day operations within the company and also take on leadership of the board of directors. Robert Flippo, previously President and COO, will now relinquish the daily operations of the company to Mr. Boyle and assume the role of President and CEO of MobileHelp.

Mr. Boyle (COO) has over 20 years of executive, business operations and management experience for domestic and global companies. He previously served as COO for Verio, an NTT Communications Company. In this role, he developed and executed Verio's business strategies, while leading sales, marketing, product management, development, project management, server operations and customer support. In addition, Mr. Richardson (CFO) has more than 27 years of experience leading financial management and corporate operations both in and out of the technology sector. His responsibilities and duties have included SEC and financial reporting, equity and debt capital raisings, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, and human resources for companies in rapidly changing markets. Prior to joining MobileHelp, Mr. Richardson was responsible for developing and maintaining the accounting infrastructure and financial systems of AlertSite, a leading web performance and transaction monitoring company. Finally, before his involvement with MobileHelp, Mr. Robichaud (CTO) occupied various positions in technology management and implementation at Hiway Technologies, which became the world’s largest web hosting company.
